Department Purpose:
The Parks Division of the Public Works Department maintains ten parks, four pathways, street trees, benches, and parking lots. In addition, this division maintains the landscaping around five government buildings, is responsible for herbicide applications around all City facilities and roadsides,and assists the general public with water conservation measures during drought periods.  The division provides maintenance labor for the Tree City U.S.A.
