Welcome to the St. Helena City Council
The Mayor and four Councilmembers represent the residents of St. Helena, review public policy, and adopt policies responsive to the community. The City Council meets the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 pm in the Vintage Hall Board Room located on the St. Helena High School Campus, at 465 Main Street.
- Parking is located in front of Vintage Hall with access off of Main Street.
- The Board Room is located on the second floor.
- Stair access is at the central entrance to the building and a ramp is located on the north side of the building.
- An elevator is located on the west side near the middle of Vintage Hall.
- Public bathrooms are located on the first floor of the building.
The public is invited to attend Council Meetings. The meetings are broadcast live on Channel 28 and are replayed on Fridays after the meetings at 7:00 pm and the Sunday after the meeting at 4:00 pm.
